及物动词，任何不及物动词加上介词就相当于及物动词
“不及物动词 + 介词”结构：介词起中介作用，把这个不及物动词跟一个名词或代词连接起来。例如：sit on the chair——不及物动词sit，无法直接跟the chair，这时加上介词on，让它起中介作用，使它们连接起来。
sit 是不及物动词，它不能跟宾语。如果要跟宾语，需要借助于介词，如sit on the chair。
sit 后面也可以跟副词，sit down“坐下”。【down 是副词，表示动作的方向】
sit的固定搭配:
1、sit on强调坐在某物上面，是接触性的。
如：sit on the grass 坐在草地上
2、sit at强调坐在某物旁边，是范围性的。
如：The shorter children are to sit at the front. 个子矮的孩子坐在前边。
3、sit in强调坐某物里面，是被包含住的。
如：sit in the grass 坐在草丛里
