find +宾语+宾补（现在分词、过去分词、形容词、名词、（能够作表语的）副词、介词短语）。切记不要跟动词原形。跟形容词或名词时，前面也可以加上to be。
如:
Li Lan found her house pulled down. 李兰发现她的房子被拆了。
I find the beggar lying on the sidewalk. 我发现这个乞丐躺在人行道上。
We have found him (to be) a dishonest person. 我们发现他是一个不诚实的孩子。
I find it necessary to get a map while traveling. 我感到旅行的时候有必要搞到一张地图。
They found the room (to be) clean and bright. 他们发现这个房间又干净又明亮。
Daybreak found us on a cold， clammy ship. 天亮时，我们发现自己呆在一条冰冷黏湿的船上。
Did you find her in? 你发现她在家吗?
I went to her house but I found her out. 我到她家时发现她不在家。
find+形式宾语的句型：
He finds it difficult to win the match.
find后面应该是him
find动词后面应该是宾格him
例如：

If you should find him， tell him I think of him often.

Though I had scouted around all over the city， I didn't find him.
