不的首字母大写

在英语中“不”是no，用于回答一般疑问句和反意疑问句时需要大写首字母。另外当no放于句首时也需要大写首字母。如：-Is he from Canada? -No， he isn't.

如果no不是位于句首当然不需要大写首字母，如：There are no students in the classroom now.
