起床的英语缩写

英语表达＂起床＂含义的单词或词组有以下几种。但都没有缩写形式：

1，rise  起床，升起。

He would often rise as soon as it was light and go into the garden.

他经常天一亮就起床去花园。

2、get up　起床（最常用的）

She got up at the crack of dawn.

天刚亮她便起床了。

3、get out of bed  起床起身

I had to force myself to get out of bed this morning.

我今天早晨不得不强迫自己起床。
